Cara has been a travel advisor for almost a decade. Her lifelong dream was accomplished in 1998 when she was on the opening team of Disney’s Animal Kingdom. She also worked at Magic Kingdom through New Years Eve Y2K.

After moving back home she had to find a way to still create magic. So she became a travel advisor specializing in Disney & Universal Destinations (Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney, Universal Orlando, and Universal Hollywood)! She also advises on Royal Caribbean and Sandals/Beaches! It would be her honor to help you plan your next vacation.

Courtney travels to Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line, and Universal Studios on an annual basis so she is ready to plan the most enchanting vacations for every client she is lucky enough to service.

Tracy is a mom of 3 boys and has had a love of all things Disney her whole life. She's had the pleasure of helping guests book and plan magical Disney and epic Universal vacations for over 10 years. It is her true passion.

One of her favorite parts of this “job” is being able to book that coveted dining reservation that truly makes the guest’s vacation magical. She gives the care and attention to each client’s vacation as if it were her own.

Terriann is happiest when she’s either on a Disney trip or helping someone else plan theirs! She loves getting to know her clients on a personal level to make perfect recommendations based on each family’s interests. She and her family have a goal to stay at each Disney resort at least once, and they’ve already made great progress- so rest assured she can help you find the perfect fit for your family. Her favorite Disney must-dos include a full day in Animal Kingdom, a Dole Whip a day, and meeting allll the characters with her toddler. Terriann can’t wait to help you discover what your Disney faves are, too!

Kaylen is a farm wife, boy mom, teacher, and lover of all things Disney! She resides in Jay, Florida; but her heart is always at Disney. She grew up taking yearly father+daughter vacations, and she loves that she can now share that love with her own family. She has personal experience with all types of travel— trips with kids, adult-only trips, girls getaways, school trips, + much more (including non-Disney destinations). With more than 30 trips to Disney under her belt + countless other travel experiences, she can definitely help you plan the perfect vacation.

Disney has always been a huge piece of Hannah's heart and was able to follow her dreams by being accepted into the Disney College Program in 2017 as a Character Attendant. After that she began working at the Front Desk at the Boardwalk Resort. Creating magical moments at Disney helped guide her in becoming a travel designer.

Her free time consists of all things Disney and she is truly honored to be able to help clients create their dream vacation filled with all the magic and pixie dust!

Enchanted Travel Company was founded by Courtney Feiock who has a lifelong passion for traveling. Being in the industry for almost a decade she saw what worked and what didn't and set forth to create a new agency like no other. Now she's following her dreams with her amazing team and creating enchanting vacations for our wonderful clients! 

Our dedication to our clients is unmatched and we strive to create the best possible experiences. We love getting to know each of our clients and put love in to every trip we book – like we are experiencing the enchantment alongside you and your family. 

While Disney vacations hold a special place in our hearts, we also love other getaways. There is nothing like escaping the long winter season and hectic everyday lives to get some relaxation in a beautiful island paradise. For these occasions, nothing beats Sandals/Beaches resort getaways, where clear water and white sands set the backdrop for the perfect vacation. We also offer Universal Studios vacations, Royal Caribbean and Virgin Voyage cruise getaways, and amazing All Inclusive Vacation packages from destinations across the globe.
